Permanent Login:

Log in once and forget it. You no longer need to input your username and password anymore, after the first time, even if you completely shut down your computer. This new option will be easily noticed on the login page. It will save you the time and trouble of remembering your username and password. (This option is not required).

This will also solve the login issue for laptops users when requiring hotel/airport/library login pages. (Please note: The first time requires a direct internet connection).

Refresh Button:​

Using the extension and the portal, there is a new button labeled Refresh. When you receive a notification to “refresh Nativ”, just click that button and Nativ will be refreshed. Then, just reload your webpage for the changes to take affect.
 

Instant Grey Mode Sites:

For whitelist users: To service you better, we can now provide any appropriate site at a moment’s notice. If you get blocked from a site, you can request that the site be processed through our new and improved automated proprietary categorization and skin tone filter. Only sites that have been approved by our categorization engine will be permitted. Skin tone filtering will be applied.

In the event that the site is not fully functional for your needs, you will still be able to request that the site be sent to our advanced cleaning team. They will manually address any functional issues.
 

Allow/Block by Category:

For Greylist Users: Many have expressed their concern that although they require being a greylist user, there are certain categories that they wish to block.

With the assistance of our knowledgeable staff, you may now customize your greylist profile to block from over 55 categories or only allow certain ones. Even when blocking the entire category, an exception can be made to allow the individual site that you want or require, even if it is in a blocked category.
 

Speed Improvement:

With recent advancements of our new algorithm, NativUSA is now significantly lighter on computer resources and sites will load up to 60% faster.
 

Reporting Extension:

To address any website issues, we have implemented a new Chrome extension and interface with the Manage Sites portal page. This will provide you with a quicker and easier way to communicate to our staff.

There are 5 prefilled website adjustment reports.

1. Site doesn’t work properly: This is to be used when you can access the site but it is not functional for your needs. This should not be confused with a site for which you require images and/or videos unfiltered. To maintain the highest possible standard, the staff will apply skin tone filtering wherever possible. An explanation is highly recommended so that the staff knows exactly what issue to address.
2. Please add all images to the site: This is to be used when you specifically require the images, not because the site is not functional. An example of such a site is a shopping site for which you require all the images unfiltered. This should not be confused with a non-functional site.
3. Please add all images and video to the site: This is to be used when you specifically require the images & videos, not because the site is not functional. An example of such a site is a Torah or educational site for which you require the images and videos unfiltered. This should not be confused with a non-functional site.
4. Please block access to this site: This is primarily for a greylist user who has access to a site which they prefer to be removed. This feature can be used for any site, for any reason.
5. Other Issue: There may be other issues that are not covered in the options above. This is to be used for website technical issues only, but not for requesting new sites. It is very important to include as much information for this, so that our staff can address the issue properly.

​Multi-User:

This is an ideal solution in which there are multiple Windows users. It can be an office or home setting in which there is one administrator user and a secondary user. Each user will have a different NativUSA profile, which will be automatically be recognized upon Windows start up. There is no need to log in or logout.

Due to popular demand, we have created an accounts page that you can access from the portal. On this page, you will have the ability to adjust your billing information and a number of your account settings.
